Uninstall / Reinstall
If you you are seeing a blank screen like the one here, then most likely it was due to an error with the way the app handled a recent update.
So far, the only way that we have figured out how to recover is just to uninstall / reinstall.
Once you uninstall, you can reinstall in the App Store here:
Go to the Flight Crew View listing in the iTunes App Store.
