Starting in early 2018, Flight Crew View started saving your history in the app (the last refresh for each month).

To see further back than one month, go to the menu in the app and tap on History.

On that page, you will see two tabs: Months & Refreshes

Months

This contains your last refresh for that month.

Refreshes

This contains the last 25 schedule refreshes. This is useful in case you want to step back and see what changed.
