To add a friend or family member to the app, they just need to create an account under their own email address (don't worry, it's free for Friends/Family). If they are already logged in under your email, then they just need to go into the app's menu > Settings and tap on the red Logout option in the Flight Crew View Account section.
Once their account is set up, it will guide them to the Friend page, where they can search for you by name or employee number, and send a "friend request".
Once you approve the request (you may need to refresh your app to get it), they will be able to view your schedule on their phone.
