The subscription is linked to your Flica username in order to allow the subscription to work across all devices and platforms. We are currently working on automating the process of tying your subscription to a new username, but until then, just submit a support ticket at the top of the page with your old and new Flica username (please NO passwords!) and we'll get it taken care of.
